Education Code § 33.022","heading":"CONTRACT WITH COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY.","body":"(a) A school district may enter into contracts with a county or municipality in which the district is located to provide joint library facilities.\n(b) The board of trustees of the school district and the commissioners court of the county or governing body of the municipality must conduct public hearings before entering into a contract under this section.
