Education Code § 37.084","heading":"INTERAGENCY SHARING OF RECORDS.","body":"(a) A school district superintendent or the superintendent's designee shall disclose information contained in a student's educational records to a juvenile service provider as required by Section 58.0051, Family Code.\n(b) The commissioner may enter into an interagency agreement to share educational information for research and analytical purposes with the:\n(1) Texas Juvenile Justice Department; and\n(2) Texas Department of Criminal Justice.\n(c) This section does not require or authorize release of student-level information except in conformity with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C.
