Education Code § 37.126","heading":"DISRUPTION OF TRANSPORTATION.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Section 37.125, a person other than a primary or secondary grade student commits an offense if the person intentionally disrupts, prevents, or interferes with the lawful transportation of children:\n(1) to or from school on a vehicle owned or operated by a county or independent school district; or\n(2) to or from an activity sponsored by a school on a vehicle owned or operated by a county or independent school district.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\n(c) It is an exception to the application of Subsection (a)(1) that, at the time the person engaged in conduct prohibited under that subdivision, the person was younger than 12 years of age.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
