Education Code § 37.213","heading":"PUBLIC JUNIOR COLLEGES.","body":"(a) In this section, \"public junior college\" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.\n(b) The center shall research best practices regarding emergency preparedness of public junior colleges and serve as a clearinghouse for that information.\n(c) The center shall provide public junior colleges with training, technical assistance, and published guidelines or templates, as appropriate, in the following areas:\n(1) multihazard emergency operations plan development;\n(2) drill and exercise development and implementation;\n(3) mutual aid agreements;\n(4) identification of equipment and funds that may be used by public junior colleges in an emergency; and\n(5) reporting in accordance with 20 U.S.C.
