Education Code § 37.302","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"This subchapter:\n(1) applies to a student who is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure; and\n(2) does not apply to a student who is no longer required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure, including a student who receives an exemption from registration under Subchapter H, Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure, or a student who receives an early termination of the obligation to register under Subchapter I, Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1240 (H.B. 2532), Sec. 3, eff.
