Education Code § 39.051","heading":"ACCREDITATION STATUS.","body":"Accreditation of a school district is determined in accordance with this subchapter. The commissioner by rule shall determine in accordance with this subchapter the criteria for the following accreditation statuses:\n(1) accredited;\n(2) accredited-warned; and\n(3) accredited-probation.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
