Education Code § 39.307","heading":"USES OF PERFORMANCE REPORT.","body":"The information required to be reported under Section 39.306 shall be:\n(1) the subject of public hearings or meetings required under Sections 11.252, 11.253, and 39.306;\n(2) a primary consideration in school district and campus planning; and\n(3) a primary consideration of:\n(A) the State Board of Education in the evaluation of the performance of the commissioner;\n(B) the commissioner in the evaluation of the performance of the directors of the regional education service centers;\n(C) the board of trustees of a school district in the evaluation of the performance of the superintendent of the district; and\n(D) the superintendent in the evaluation of the performance of the district's campus principals.\nAmended by:\nActs 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 895 (H.B. 3), Sec. 59, eff.
