Education Code § 39A.159","heading":"FUNDING OF CAMPUS OPERATED BY MANAGING ENTITY.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, the funding for a campus operated by a managing entity may not be less than the funding of the other campuses in the school district on a per student basis so that the managing entity receives at least the same funding the campus would otherwise have received.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 324 (S.B. 1488), Sec. 21.001, eff.
