Education Code § 39A.206","heading":"COMPENSATION.","body":"(a) The commissioner may authorize payment of a board of managers appointed under Subchapter C from agency funds. The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to implement this subsection.\n(b) A conservator or a member of a management team appointed to serve on a board of managers may continue to be compensated as determined by the commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 324 (S.B. 1488), Sec. 21.001, eff.
