Education Code § 43.0051","heading":"TRANSFERS TO REAL ESTATE SPECIAL FUND ACCOUNT OF THE PERMANENT SCHOOL FUND.","body":"The State Board of Education may transfer funds from the portion of the permanent school fund managed by the State Board of Education to the real estate special fund account of the permanent school fund if the State Board of Education determines, using the standard of care set forth in Subsection (f), Section 5, Article VII, Texas Constitution, that such transfer is in the best interest of the permanent school fund.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1368 (H.B. 3699), Sec. 9, eff.
