Education Code § 45.262","heading":"REPEATED FAILURE TO PAY.","body":"(a) If a total of two or more payments are made under Subchapter C or this subchapter on the bonds of a school district and the commissioner determines that the district is acting in bad faith under the guarantee program under Subchapter C or the credit enhancement program under this subchapter, the commissioner may request the attorney general to institute appropriate legal action to compel the district and the district's officers, agents, and employees to comply with the duties required of them by law in regard to the bonds.\n(b) Jurisdiction of proceedings under this section is in district court in Travis County.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1328 (H.B. 3646), Sec. 75, eff.
