Education Code § 46.008","heading":"STANDARDS.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall establish standards for adequacy of school facilities. The standards must include requirements related to space, educational adequacy, and construction quality. All new facilities constructed after September 1, 1998, must meet the standards to be eligible to be financed with state or local tax funds.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 698, Sec. 5, eff.
