Education Code § 48.122","heading":"EARLY LITERACY INTERVENTION ALLOTMENT.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c), for each enrolled student receiving reading interventions under Section 28.0064, a school district is entitled to an annual allotment of $250, or a greater amount provided by appropriation.\n(b) A school district may not receive funding under this section for a student for which the district receives an allotment under Section 48.103.\n(c) A school district may receive funding under this section for not more than 10 percent of students enrolled in the district in kindergarten through third grade.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1065 (H.B. 2), Sec. 5.27, eff.
