Education Code § 48.201","heading":"PURPOSE.","body":"The purpose of the tier two component of the Foundation School Program is to provide each school district with the opportunity to provide the basic program and to supplement that program at a level of its own choice. An allotment under this subchapter may be used for any legal purpose other than:\n(1) capital outlay or debt service; or\n(2) a purpose prohibited by Section 45.105(c-1) or another provision of this code.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
