Education Code § 51.289","heading":"MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING REQUIRED.","body":"To facilitate effective communication and coordination regarding allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking at the institution, a postsecondary educational institution shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with one or more:\n(1) local law enforcement agencies;\n(2) sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking advocacy groups; and\n(3) hospitals or other medical resource providers.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1078 (H.B. 1735), Sec. 1, eff.
