Education Code § 51.8235","heading":"COUNCIL MEETINGS.","body":"The council shall provide notice of each council meeting, which must:\n(1) be:\n(A) posted in a place readily accessible and available to the general public, including the program's Internet website, at all times for at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting; and\n(B) distributed by e-mail, electronic media, or other electronic notification sent directly to each participating student at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting; and\n(2) include sufficient detail regarding the meeting's agenda to inform participants and the general public of the topics to be discussed or decided.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1117 (H.B. 5154), Sec. 3, eff.
