Education Code § 51.841","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"General academic teaching institution\" and \"medical and dental unit\" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003.\n(2) \"Graduate program\" means a degree program, as defined by Section 61.003, to which a student may be admitted that leads to a master's or doctoral degree.\n(3) \"Professional program\" means a degree program, as defined by Section 61.003, to which a student may be admitted that leads to a degree required for licensure as an attorney, doctor of medicine or osteopathy, dentist, architect, or pharmacist.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1039, Sec. 1, eff.
