Education Code § 51.9746","heading":"INTERNET ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT DATA.","body":"(a) In this section, \"general academic teaching institution\" and \"public state college\" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003.\n(b) Each general academic teaching institution other than a public state college shall maintain in a prominent location on the institution's Internet website a link to the Texas Consumer Resource for Education and Workforce Statistics (\"Texas CREWS\") report on gainful employment applicable to the institution for the most recent year for which that report is available.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 720 (H.B. 1287), Sec. 1, eff.
