Education Code § 52.86","heading":"APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) The attorney general shall examine the bonds and the records relating to the bonds' issuance.\n(b) If the attorney general finds that the bonds have been issued in accordance with law, the attorney general shall approve the bonds, and the comptroller of public accounts shall register the bonds.\n(c) Following approval and registration, the bonds are incontestable and are binding obligations according to their terms.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 2nd C.S., ch. 5, Sec. 1.","path":["EDUCATION CODE","TITLE 3.
