Education Code § 54.055","heading":"RECLASSIFICATION BASED ON ADDITIONAL OR CHANGED INFORMATION.","body":"(a) On the basis of additional or changed information, an institution of higher education may reclassify as a resident or nonresident of this state under this subchapter a person who has previously been classified as a resident or nonresident under this subchapter.\n(b) A reclassification does not apply to an academic term if the reclassification is made on or after the census date of that term.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 888 (S.B. 1528), Sec. 3, eff.
