Education Code § 54.613","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) The board shall hold regular quarterly meetings in the city of Austin and other meetings at places and times scheduled by the board in formal sessions and called by the presiding officer.\n(b) The board shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the board and to speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the board.\n(c) Minutes of all meetings shall be available in the board's office for public inspection.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff.
