Education Code § 54.625","heading":"JUNIOR-SENIOR COLLEGE PLAN.","body":"Through the junior-senior college plan, a prepaid tuition contract shall provide prepaid tuition and required fees for the beneficiary to attend:\n(1) a public junior college for a specified number of undergraduate credit hours not to exceed the typical number of hours required for a person to receive a certificate or associate degree awarded by a public junior college; and\n(2) a public senior college or university for a specified number of credit hours not to exceed the typical number of additional hours required for the person to receive a baccalaureate degree awarded by a public senior college or university.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff.
