Education Code § 54.6251","heading":"PRIVATE COLLEGE PLAN.","body":"Through the private college plan, a prepaid tuition contract shall provide prepaid estimated average private tuition and required fees for the beneficiary to attend a private or independent institution of higher education for a specified number of undergraduate credit hours not to exceed the typical number of hours required for a baccalaureate degree awarded by a private or independent institution of higher education.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff.
