Education Code § 54.628","heading":"CONVERSION TO ANOTHER PLAN.","body":"(a) A purchaser may convert a prepaid tuition contract from one plan to another plan.\n(b) The board may adjust the terms of the contract so that the purchaser is required to pay the amount required under the plan to which the contract is converted, taking into account any payments made before the date the contract is converted.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff.
