Education Code § 54.631","heading":"CONTRACT TERMINATION.","body":"(a) A prepaid tuition contract shall specify:\n(1) the name of any person who may terminate the contract; and\n(2) the terms under which the contract may be terminated.\n(b) A prepaid tuition contract terminates on the 10th anniversary of the date the beneficiary is projected to graduate from high school, not counting time spent by the beneficiary as an active duty member of the United States armed services.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff.
