Education Code § 54.763","heading":"REFUND.","body":"(a) A prepaid tuition contract shall specify:\n(1) the name of the person entitled to any refund if the contract is terminated;\n(2) the terms under which a person is entitled to a refund; and\n(3) the method by which the amount of the refund is computed.\n(b) The person named in the contract is entitled to a refund following termination of a prepaid tuition contract.\n(c) The board shall determine the method by which the amount of the refund is computed.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1281 (H.B. 3900), Sec. 1, eff.
