Education Code § 54.776","heading":"STATEMENT REGARDING STATUS OF PREPAID TUITION CONTRACT.","body":"Not later than January 31 of each year, the board shall provide without charge to each purchaser a statement of:\n(1) the amount paid by the purchaser under the prepaid tuition contract;\n(2) the total number of each type of tuition unit covered by the contract at any one time;\n(3) the number of each type of tuition unit remaining under the contract;\n(4) the value of the purchasers' tuition units if redeemed at any general academic teaching institution or two-year institution of higher education designated for that year by the purchaser in the time and manner required by the board, not to exceed five institutions; and\n(5) any other information the board determines by rule is necessary or appropriate.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1281 (H.B. 3900), Sec. 1, eff.
