Education Code § 56.0856","heading":"ADOPTION OF RULES.","body":"(a) The coordinating board shall adopt reasonable rules, consistent with the purpose of the program, to enforce the requirements, conditions, and limitations provided by this subchapter.\n(b) The coordinating board shall adopt rules necessary to ensure compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI (Pub.
