Education Code § 56.124","heading":"ADMINISTRATION.","body":"(a) The board shall administer this subchapter.\n(b) The board shall adopt and distribute to each institution of higher education rules to administer this subchapter.\n(c) The board may accept a gift or grant from a public or private source for the purpose of this subchapter.\n(d) The board shall create accounts in the fund that will facilitate the administration of the fund and the program of making loans from the fund under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 330, Sec. 1, eff.
