Education Code § 56.310","heading":"FUNDING.","body":"(a) The coordinating board may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations from any public or private source for the purposes of this subchapter.\n(b) The legislature may appropriate money for the purposes of this subchapter.\n(c) In performing its duties under Subsection (a), the coordinating board may develop and implement an appropriate process for the naming and sponsoring of the program created under this subchapter, an individual grant awarded under this subchapter, or any item received by the coordinating board under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1590, Sec. 1, eff.
