Education Code § 56.3575","heading":"ADMINISTRATION; RULES.","body":"(a) The coordinating board shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this subchapter.\n(b) The coordinating board shall distribute a copy of the rules adopted under this section and pertinent information relating to this subchapter to each public or private institution of higher education in this state that offers an educator certification program, including an alternative educator certification program or another equivalent program.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 820, Sec. 49, eff.
