Education Code § 56.491","heading":"PUBLICATION OF PROGRAM INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The coordinating board shall publish and disseminate general information and rules for the program as provided by Subsection (b) and as otherwise considered appropriate by the board.\n(b) The coordinating board shall provide application instructions to:\n(1) each school district and each institution of higher education; and\n(2) an individual student on request.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1342 (S.B. 175), Sec. 5, eff.
