Education Code § 61.027","heading":"RULES OF PROCEDURE; HEARINGS; NOTICE; MINUTES.","body":"The board shall adopt and publish rules and regulations in accordance with and under the conditions applied to other agencies by Chapter 2001, Government Code to effectuate the provisions of this chapter. The board shall grant any institution of higher education a hearing upon request and after reasonable notice.
