Education Code § 61.068","heading":"GIFTS, GRANTS, DONATIONS.","body":"The board may accept gifts, grants, or donations of personal property from any individual, group, association, or corporation, or the United States, subject to such limitations or conditions as may be provided by law. Gifts, grants, or donations of money shall be deposited in the state treasury and expended in accordance with the specific purpose for which given, under such conditions as may be imposed by the donor and as provided by law.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3072, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff.
