Education Code § 61.535","heading":"REPAYMENT.","body":"(a) The coordinating board shall deliver any repayment made under this subchapter in a lump sum payable:\n(1) to both the physician and the lender or other holder of the affected loan; or\n(2) directly to the lender or other holder of the loan on the physician's behalf.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 581, Sec. 1, eff.
