Education Code § 61.606","heading":"REPAYMENT.","body":"(a) The board shall deliver any repayment under this subchapter in a lump sum payable:\n(1) to both the lender or other holder of the loan and the mental health professional; or\n(2) directly to the lender or other holder of the loan on the mental health professional's behalf.\n(b) A repayment under this subchapter may be applied to any amount due in connection with the loan.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 322 (S.B. 239), Sec. 1, eff.
