Education Code § 61.7021","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR BORDER INSTITUTION FACULTY REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE.","body":"To be eligible to receive repayment assistance for border institution faculty, a person must apply to the board and must:\n(1) have received a doctoral degree not earlier than September 1, 1994, from a public or private institution of higher education accredited as required by the board; and\n(2) be employed as a full-time faculty member with instructional duties in an institution of higher education located in a county that borders the United Mexican States.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1261, Sec. 8, eff.
