Education Code § 61.708","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this subchapter, including a rule that sets a maximum amount of repayment assistance that may be received in one year by a person who qualifies for the assistance under Section 61.7021.\n(b) The board shall distribute a copy of the rules adopted under this section and pertinent information in this subchapter to:\n(1) each institution of higher education that offers a teacher education program;\n(2) the personnel office at each institution of higher education located in a county that borders the United Mexican States;\n(3) any other appropriate state agency; and\n(4) any appropriate professional association.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1084, Sec. 1.30, eff.
