Education Code § 61.771","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Texas resident\" means a person entitled to pay resident tuition under Subchapter B, Chapter 54, of this code.\n(2) \"Undergraduate chiropractic student\" means a person enrolled at an institution of higher education for a regular schedule of courses in pursuit of a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 146, Sec. 1, eff.
