Education Code § 61.891","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Leadership scholarship\" means a scholarship awarded to an undergraduate student under the program.\n(2) \"Program\" means the Texas Leadership Scholars Program established under this subchapter.\n(3) \"Research scholarship\" means a scholarship awarded to a graduate student under the program.\n(4) \"Eligible institution\" means a general academic teaching institution as defined by Section 61.003.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 695 (H.B. 1590), Sec. 1, eff.
