Education Code § 61.905","heading":"REPAYMENT.","body":"(a) The coordinating board shall deliver any repayment made under this subchapter in a lump sum payable to the lender and the dentist, in accordance with any applicable federal law.\n(b) A repayment made under this subchapter may be applied to any amount due in connection with the loan.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1480, Sec. 1, eff.
