Education Code § 61.9701","heading":"PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN.","body":"(a) The board shall establish a statewide public awareness campaign to promote the value and availability of higher education.\n(b) The campaign must include the provision of information on:\n(1) the benefits of obtaining a postsecondary education;\n(2) the types of institutions of higher education and degree programs available;\n(3) the academic preparation needed to successfully pursue a postsecondary education as determined under Section 28.008 and any other requirements for enrollment at an institution of higher education; and\n(4) how to obtain financial aid and what forms of financial aid are available.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 1, eff.
