Education Code § 61.9819","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this subchapter.\n(b) The board shall distribute a copy of the rules adopted under this section and pertinent information regarding this subchapter to:\n(1) each appropriate institution of higher education or private or independent institution of higher education;\n(2) any appropriate state agency; and\n(3) any appropriate professional association.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 133 (S.B. 620), Sec. 1, eff.
