Education Code § 61.9828","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules as necessary to administer this subchapter.\n(b) The board shall distribute a copy of the rules adopted under this section and pertinent information regarding this subchapter to:\n(1) each institution of higher education and private or independent institution of higher education;\n(2) any appropriate state agency; and\n(3) any appropriate professional association.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 983 (H.B. 2099), Sec. 3, eff.
