Education Code § 62.092","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Coordinating board\" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.\n(2) \"Eligible institution\" means a general academic teaching institution as defined by Section 61.003, other than:\n(A) The University of Texas at Austin or Texas A\u0026M University; or\n(B) an institution of higher education described by Section 62.132(2) or 62.145.\n(3) \"Fund\" means the Texas comprehensive research fund.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 322, Sec. 2, eff.
