Education Code § 62.142","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Eligible institution\" means a general academic teaching institution that is eligible to receive distributions of money under this subchapter.\n(2) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1004 (H.B. 1595), Sec. 20(3), eff. January 1, 2024.\n(3) \"Fund\" means the Texas University Fund.\n(4) \"General academic teaching institution\" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.\n(5) \"Trust company\" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 287 (H.B. 51), Sec. 13, eff.
