Education Code § 62.144","heading":"FUNDING.","body":"(a) The fund consists of:\n(1) money appropriated or transferred to the credit of the fund;\n(2) gifts and grants contributed to the fund; and\n(3) the interest and other earnings attributable to the investment of money in the fund.\n(b) The comptroller may solicit and accept gifts or grants from any public or private source for the fund.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 287 (H.B. 51), Sec. 13, eff.
