Education Code § 62.151","heading":"DETERMINATION AND REPORT OF AMOUNT OF DISTRIBUTIONS.","body":"For each state fiscal biennium, the Legislative Budget Board, in consultation with the coordinating board, shall:\n(1) determine the amount of each distribution from the fund to which each eligible institution is entitled as provided by this subchapter; and\n(2) report the determinations made under Subdivision (1) to the legislature and the comptroller.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1004 (H.B. 1595), Sec. 19, eff.
