Education Code § 63.001","heading":"PERMANENT HEALTH FUND FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.","body":"(a) The permanent health fund for higher education is a special fund in the treasury outside the general revenue fund.\n(b) The fund is composed of:\n(1) money transferred to the fund at the direction of the legislature;\n(2) gifts and grants contributed to the fund; and\n(3) the returns received from investment of money in the fund.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1402, Sec. 1, eff.
