Education Code § 73.304","heading":"COURSES AND DEGREES; RULES AND REGULATIONS.","body":"(a) The board may confer degrees and issue diplomas, and may fix a standard of grades for students.\n(b) The dental school shall have regular courses leading to degrees and special courses deemed necessary by the board.\n(c) The board may make other rules and regulations it deems necessary for the proper control and management of the dental school.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3175, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff.
